Kim is a great realtor for a lot of reasons. She will get you a great price and get it sold quickly. I imagine those are the two things everyone really wants out of a realtor. Hire a Stellar Agent for a Stellar Sale!
Kim, Jennifer, and Larienea were on the ball from the start. We live 1300 miles from our rental home which made extra work for all of them. Our tenant left the home badly in need of attention before it could be listed. We were completely dependent on everyone on site since we couldn't be there. Kim told us what the home needed in order to stand out from the competition for a quick sale. They made excellent recommendations for a general contractor, roofing contractor and carpet company. Her designer made spot on color recommendations and they did an amazing job staging the property. Two weeks after the tenant moved out, the house went on the MLS with a new roof, exterior and interior paint, new carpet and minor repairs completed. It looked so good we were sorry to be selling! We got two offers from the first day it was live and took the one for full price from qualified buyers. The contractor came back in to take care of a minimal punch list from the inspector and the closing was done remotely, without a hitch and on time. We couldn't have asked for more!

A Wonderful Experience. Our move was a bit of a shotgun move. We didn't have a ton of notice and so we needed somebody with knowledge, communication, and skills to help us get the house on the market and sell. Kim and her team at Stellar were fantastic. She told us we would be under contract on the house within three days of listing and she was right (my MIL even owes us a steak dinner because she didn't believe it would happen.) This was my first time buying a home, and just my luck I started my search in December 2020, just as the market started to explode. This is the second time that we have had the privilege of working with Kim and her team at Stellar Realty! In the spring of 2013 Kim helped us purchase our very first home in SW OKC, and the positive experience that she created for us was such that we immediately knew that we would have to use Stellar again if there ever came a time to sell our home and find a new one.
